All ceremonies are carried out at Ananthancadu Sree Nagaraja Temple with the utmost devotion, focusing solely on the well-being of every devotee. Prior to proceeding with the reservation of vazhipadu offerings, we kindly ask that you, as a devotee, carefully review the terms and conditions.
Devotees who choose to make use of our online booking system are kindly requested to reserve the vazhipadu at least 2 days before the intended date of the ceremony. There will be no service charge imposed by the temple for utilizing the online booking service. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or situations beyond the temple's control that necessitate the rescheduling of the vazhipadu, the devotee agrees to perform the ceremony on a later date as determined by the temple.
The vazhipadu prasadams (ritual offerings) can be collected from the temple in accordance with the temple's customs and practices. Specific timings for prasadam collection are provided on the official website. Devotees are required to present the booking receipt at the Prasadam Counter within the temple premises and are expected to follow the instructions provided at the counter for the prasadam collection process.
Devotees commit to providing accurate and complete information during the online vazhipadu booking process as requested by the temple. The temple bears no responsibility if the information furnished by the devotee is incorrect or pertains to a third party. The temple gathers information solely for the purpose of conducting the vazhipadu ceremony.
All vazhipadu offerings listed on the website are available and will be conducted in accordance with the temple's established customs. The vazhipadu is performed based on the devotee's request and adheres to the faith, belief, and Nagaaradhana practice at Ananthancadu Sree Nagaraja Temple.
The temple disclaims responsibility for any technical or other disputes that may arise. The temple is not engaged in marketing or solicitation for any vazhipadu ceremonies. This online booking facility is provided to assist devotees interested in participating. All the refunds will be automated, will be reversed to the same mode after deducting the payment gateway charges
However, if our suggested decision or actions do not meet your contentment, we will duly document this and furnish you with instructions on how to elevate your complaint to the appropriate legal court in India, situated within the jurisdiction of Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
Legal Judiciary
The temple has no inclination to engage in any form of dispute under any circumstances. However, in the eventuality that such a situation arises, the laws prevailing in India will be the governing rules. This information is relevant to all devotees both within India and abroad. Should a devotee choose to pursue legal action, the competent court with jurisdiction over the matter will be the District Court Thiruvananthapuram.
